Fullstream Energy is focused on partnering with producers in world class resource plays to provide safe, reliable and cost effective midstream solutions, using creative and flexible commercial arrangements.

Background

KARIANN ALEXANDER
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Kariann Alexander joined Fullstream Energy in December 2017 and serves as vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Fullstream Energy, Kariann worked at Howard Energy Partners where she served as Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting. Kariann’s leadership skills allowed her to assist with the growth of the company from 2 businesses and 15 employees in 2011 to 20 business units with 200+ employees in 2017. Kariann was instrumental in the monetizing of an oil field services company in 18 month. Prior to Howard, Kariann held various accounting and management positions where she was responsible for process improvement, system implementation and transaction integration projects. Kariann has over 2o years of progressive accounting and management experience. Kariann is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is licensed in Texas as a certified public accountant.

MIKE HOPKINS
PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mike Hopkins joined Fullstream Energy in December 2016 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. With thirty years in the energy industry, Mike is an established leader with a proven track record of operations, engineering and project management and is recognized for his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across a wide range of assets. Prior to joining Fullstream Energy, Mike served as Vice President of Midstream for Vantage Energy where he led all business, engineering and operational aspects of Vantage’s midstream affiliate, Vista Gathering, until Vantage was sold to Rice Energy in late 2016. Prior to Vantage, Mike spent over twenty years in various engineering, construction and operational roles at Williams working in various basins overseas and domestically in variety if locations and multiple segments (Gas, NGL’s, LNG, power generation, etc.), in the energy industry. Mike graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in economics as well as a specialty in leadership from Case Western Reserve University. Mike is a licensed professional engineer and a project management professional.

JON BENDER
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jon Bender joined Fullstream in 2017 as the Director of Field Operations. Jon has over 20 year of experience in the natural gas and oil industry. Jon previously served as the General Manager leading the day-to-day Pennsylvania production operations for Vantage Energy. Additionally he led a $45 MM joint municipal water supply system upgrade and implemented a wastewater reuse program resulting in a 68% cost reduction in water supply costs for Vantage. Prior to this Jon was the manager of Chevron’s Appalachian Basin water sourcing, disposal, reuse, and logistics operations where he built and managed a team of 38 persons. While there, he managed $240 MM in contracts and co-developed an onsite water treatment process resulting in $125 MM savings over three years. Jon also spent several years at Atlas Energy serving in multiple roles and positions in gathering operations.
